How to sign your submission forms online

This year’s submission forms will not require an educator signature. They will still require a student signature and a parent signature. We realize many people may not have access to a printer and a scanner. Here is a link to a variety of ways to sign your forms online: online.

Winners of the New York Life Award

The National New York Life Award, sponsored by the New York Life Foundation, provides six students whose works explore personal grief, loss, and bereavement with $1,000 scholarships. Additional state scholarships of $500 are available to two students from each of the following states: Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, and New Mexico.  These are New Mexico’s winners!

New Mexico Scholastic Art Awards Ceremony is March 21st!

The recognition ceremony will be held on March 21st , 2020 at Warehouse 508, located at 508 1st st. in Albuquerque.  Gold key, Silver key and Honorable Mention award recipients are recognized with “keys” or ribbons and certificates at the regional level during the ceremony. Teacher Pins are provided as well. In addition to keys and certificates, other organizations will provide additional awards.

Please arrive between 5:00 – 6:00 pm to check in. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm during which time all students will be asked to walk on stage, announce your name, and your award(s) so please be punctual.

The event is lightly catered and seating is limited.  Students please plan to take your artwork with you when you leave.
